Welcome to the Fantasy Football Expo (the “Expo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets, attendance at, participation in, and interaction with the Fantasy Football Expo, including our website, related services, applications, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing a ticket, registering, attending, exhibiting at, sponsoring, or otherwise participating in the Expo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not attend or participate in the Expo.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets or register independently. Minors may attend only with a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to additional requirements.

By registering for or attending the Expo, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

2. Registration & Ticketing

Ticket Purchase

• All ticket sales are subject to availability.

• Prices, fees, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it as necessary.

Non-Transferability

Unless expressly permitted by us, tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

3. Refunds & Event Changes

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, if offered, will be issued according to the specific refund policy published at the time of purchase.

Event Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Change event dates, times, venue locations, programming, speakers, guests, or schedules.

• Cancel or postpone the Expo due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, acts of God, government orders, or public safety concerns.

If the Expo is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds may be issued at our discretion. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, and staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

• Disruptive conduct that interferes with the event.

• Unauthorized recording of restricted sessions.

• Theft, vandalism, or damage to property.

• Possession of illegal substances or weapons.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Expo without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct.

5. Exhibitors & Sponsors

Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations.

• Venue rules and safety requirements.

• Additional written agreements governing booth space, sponsorship benefits, or promotional rights.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any exhibitor display or promotional material that we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the Expo’s standards.

6. Fantasy Contests, Games & Promotions

If fantasy contests, live drafts, competitions, raffles, or promotions are conducted at or in connection with the Expo:

• Additional rules may apply.

• Participation may be subject to eligibility requirements and local laws.

• Outcomes may be determined by third-party scoring systems or data providers.

• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All Expo-related materials—including logos, branding, graphics, content, presentations, videos, and digital materials—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, record, livestream, or commercially exploit any Expo content without our prior written consent.

8. Media Release & Photography

By attending the Expo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• Your image, likeness, voice, or name may appear in promotional materials, livestreams, recordings, or marketing content.

• You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify event staff upon arrival; however, we cannot guarantee incidental capture in crowd settings.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to us (including social media posts tagged with Expo branding, testimonials, contest entries, or promotional content), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Expo.

You represent that:

• You own or control all rights to the submitted content.

• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

10. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a live event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Accidents within event premises

By attending the Expo, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

11. Disclaimers

THE EXPO AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific speakers, guests, or programming.

• The accuracy or completeness of event content.

• Continuous or uninterrupted access to digital components.

Fantasy sports discussions and educational content are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FANTASY FOOTBALL EXPO AND ITS ORGANIZERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Attendance at or participation in the Expo

• Event cancellation or modification

• Third-party actions

• Loss of property

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO DISCONTINUE PARTICIPATION.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Fantasy Football Expo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and venue partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your attendance or participation.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

14. Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove any participant at any time, with or without cause, and without refund.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Expo shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email when appropriate. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
